Autonomous dishwashing solution designed for café environments.
Responsibilities

Led the design of a compact dishwashing solution for café environments

Developed mechanical components, tools, and system layouts supporting dishwashing workflows

Designed practical hardware solutions optimized for small-scale kitchen operations

The system is organized into three primary sections: dirty side, dishwashing, and clean side. To minimize cross-contamination, one robotic arm operates on the dirty side while the other handles clean dishes on the opposite side.

Bus Station was our first pilot dishwashing system, deployed at Dandelion Chocolate and operated for about a year.
